General Information

All Construction packages include Artist’s rendering, concrete slab foundation plan or crawl space foundation plan, floor plan with electrical outlets location, four exterior elevations, cabinet details and elevations, wall sections, fireplace and stair details where needed, special details and roof plans where required, and material specification forms listing our recommendations for material and equipment.

Basement foundation Basement foundations are available on all plans for an additional charge as all basements are custom drawn to client specifications.

Heating Plans Heating plans are not included because of regional differences in climate and variations in building codes. These plans are available through one of your local licensed subcontractors.

Modifications Modifications are available on all house plans. If you see that you would like to make changes to one of our designs give our design team a call at 601.977.9467 for a quote. Modification charges are in addition to the stock plan package price.
