We are a professional establishment offering professional, quality home designs to our clients. I have over 37 years of experience as a designer and a residential/commercial builder and all of this experience goes in to each of my home designs. We usually do not participate in discounting but because of this unprofessional practice by some of the brokers we have contracted with we are forced to participate until we are able to resolve this matter. Please note that we are under contract with these plan brokers otherwise we would not have an issue. By working directly with us you are working with the actual designer of each plan on this website and you are working with people who are extremely knowledgeable about each unique design we offer.
